Return Window
You may return most unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be
- In original packaging
- Unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or special-order parts, electrical components, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your email or contact page]. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
